Shipping during the Holiday Season
With much regret, SatoshiLabs would like to inform you that due to the exceedingly high and unanticipated demand associated with the increase in bitcoin value, the stock at TREZOR Shop will be depleted soon.
Despite the increased output of the production factory and a reinforced logistics team to dispatch all the orders, we will not be able to meet the overwhelming demand for TREZOR devices. We are happy to see such an interest, but at the same time, we are sorry we cannot serve all of you. Therefore, we would like to apologize for any inconveniences caused by this situation.
To mitigate the fallout, we will have to prioritize new orders starting today. If you wish to receive your order as soon as possible, please select the correct shipping priority. Orders with additional priority will be dispatched as quickly as possible (currently, three days from the date of order). Orders without priority will be sent out in February 2018.

Shipping times in December 2017 (with shipping priority)
- To ensure timely delivery before December 23rd, please place your order by the end of December 13th (UTC+1) the latest, and choose Shipping by DHL.
- We cannot ensure that orders shipped by the standard method (Czech Post) will be delivered on time. The current estimate for standard shipping is end of December, beginning of January 2018
Shipping times in February 2018 (without shipping priority)
We are not expecting any delays in shipping for orders to be delivered in February.
- Orders fulfilled by DHL will be delivered within 2–5 days from the dispatch date.
- Orders fulfilled by the Czech Post have a varying delivery estimate, ranging 5 days to 6 weeks from the dispatch date depending on your location and your national post service.
