One of the most pleasant rewards of the TREZOR project has been the unrelenting and unending support from all of our fans. Yes, you too belong to this community of supporters and enthusiasts. We are grateful for all forms of support, from words, to gifts, to public endorsements.

But in this post, we wanted to highlight another form of support.

Let’s call them: TREZOR Community Projects

What are they? They are the TREZOR customizations and add-ons, both hardware and software, made by you. We believe that it would be a shame if these community efforts were not featured anywhere. After all, they too deserve the recognition, since they too help to improve the TREZOR experience.

TREZOR Docking Station

Tired holding your TREZOR by yourself? Need to see the screen at all times?

Don’t look any further, check out the Wooden Docking Station made by Kamil Brejcha!

Hand-made, carefully crafted out of walnut. Slightly angled for your comfort, engraved with the TREZOR logo.

Where can you get them? Order on bitcointech.store for only $29, shipping included!

Or on OpenBazaar here!

Don’t wait for too long, or they will run out!

Password Manager for Android

TREZOR Password Manager for Android is the unofficial implementation of the TPM for mobile devices. Started during the TREZOR 2 Hackathon by Carlos and Esteban, it was finalized and released on Google Play store several weeks after.

While we do not vouch for the code of the application, we heard that even the world’s best secret agent, Sterling Archer, has endorsed the app!

Update: Source code available on GitHub!

Available on Google Play

Swarovski-decorated TREZOR

Satoshi’s bitcoin, Swarovski’s TREZOR?

Either way, this beautifully decorated, one-of-a-kind TREZOR only shows you the extent to which you can modify, customize, or embellish your hardware wallet.

Now we are just wondering, by how much did the value of that TREZOR increase. With or without the bitcoins saved in it 😉

TREZOR Flex Case NinjaFlex

Need a case for your TREZOR? Defend it against your keys, while carrying it everywhere on the lanyard? Good news! It’s very easy to do it on your own. Just get the 3D model and print it yourself! You can choose your favorite color too.

If you like it, don’t forget to donate to the author 😉

TREZOR iPhone Case

While TREZOR cannot be connected to an iPhone yet, due to licensing issues, you can still enjoy having a TREZOR on your favorite Apple gadget. Get this cool looking case for your phone! (No bitcoin functionality guaranteed though.

SSH/GPG Agent

But let’s not forget about the software side of community engagement too! What would we do without our contributors!

The prime example is romanz, who wrote the trezor-agent for SSH and GPG support on TREZOR.

Feel free to check out his work here on GitHub!

TREZOR Wallet Translations

You have also helped us with the localization of TREZOR Wallet into many languages! Apart from English, we now have Czech, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Ukrainian versions of TREZOR Wallet.

Thank you everyone for the contributions! If you want to join, or help, click here to learn how!

Honorable Mentions

The list of projects would not be complete without mentioning our developers’ community on gitter. Most important hackers, contributors, or tinkerers are, of course, Jochen Hoenicke and Saleem Rashid.

Without Jochen, many of the TREZOR features would not be available. He might be known to you as the white hat hacker who has returned lost bitcoins from blockchain.info. Others might know him as a security researcher in Germany. We know him as a great colleague with whom we are lucky to work!

Saleem might be less known to you, if you do not frequent our chat channels, but he is also a very important member of our community! Sending pull requests here and there, teasing with custom implementations of U2F on Android, but he will surprise you even more when he reveals his age.
